Sterling Hat Co accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact info@sterlinghatco.com with your order number and item details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can provide a replacement or refund.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
